Myriad in Motion: Free Yoga
Great for mental clarity, flexibility and stress-reduction, practicing yoga in the Gardens has the added benefit of connecting you with nature. The Gardens offer a tranquil space to quiet your mind, which is perfect if you added “meditate more” to your list of resolutions. Guided by YMCA instructors, classes are open to all levels Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. Don’t forget a mat and water!

Outdoor Fun at Chickasaw National Recreation Area
Due to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area being an ecotone, where two ecosystems overlap, its trails wind through diverse landscapes from the eastern deciduous forest to the mixed-grass prairie. Many of the park trails in the Platt National Park Historic District travel through the forest, hugging the banks of the streams, passing waterfalls and crossing freshwater or mineral water streams. Lakeside trails offer panoramic views of Lake of the Arbuckles while the Multi-Use Trail crosses through prairie uplands. With various lengths, difficulty and scenery available, you’ll have no issue working up a sweat in the Sulphur area.
New Peaks at Summit Climbing Gyms

Both the OKC and Norman locations offer top rope and lead climbing, bouldering, yoga and more fitness classes like TRX and Climb FIT.
