OKC Zoo Safari Lights
The Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden has a dazzling new drive-through experience perfect for all ages to enjoy. It features 50+ larger-than-life, wildlife-themed light sculptures – both real and mythical! Admission also includes access to a separate walking experience filled with interactive light exhibits, musical light performances and a festive atmosphere. Don’t miss this incredible attraction in OKC’s Adventure District, now through January 9!
Visit bustling Bricktown and enjoy its many dining, shopping and entertainment options as holiday trees and storefronts illuminate your stroll! This is a perfect place to gather with friends and family for pre-Christmas dinner and drinks at places like Charleston’s, The Melting Pot, Mickey Mantle’s Steakhouse, Abuelo’s and many more. You can make even more memories playing at HeyDay Entertainment or snow tubing at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
A Celebration of Lights
Gather your loved ones, grab a hot cocoa to go and head to Sulphur’s Chickasaw Cultural Center for a festive drive-through lights experience. The Celebration of Lights is open daily from 6 to 9 p.m. for visitors to cruise through dozens of spectacular light displays from the warm comfort of their cars. It’s free and open to the public to enjoy!
The entire district is covered with more than 600,000 colorful LED lights this time of year – it’s a marvelous sight! In Automobile Alley, you’ll find a wide selection of shops and restaurants perfect for finding unique Christmas gifts or impressing friends and family with a festive outing. The lights are easily seen from your car, but there’s nothing like walking down city sidewalks with the glow of thousands of lights. Another great way to see all of downtown OKC’s light displays is to hop on the OKC Streetcar.
Downtown Oklahoma City
By night, downtown’s business district comes alive with beautiful lights – a joyful backdrop for ice skating, dinner and walking through an illuminated Myriad Botanical Gardens. You’ll find lights all around City Center and plenty of photo ops, too!
